北京英硕力科技有限公司成立于1997年，是一家从事妇产科及细胞病理学新技术产品推广、销售、及服务的专业化公司。
英硕力于1998年在国内首推电子阴道镜技术，于1999年率先推广膜式液基薄层细胞学测试（TCT）技术，于2000年又首推光电一体化显微定影式阴道镜、及专业型LEEP刀。2000年，英硕力与中华妇产科学会共同开始推广"子宫颈病变的规范化诊治"概念，并在2002年"中美妇产科学大会"上受到了中华医学会的嘉奖。
经过多年来的不懈努力及医学界的广泛支持，公司已在全国建立了50多个TCT早期癌
